See which products and suppliers are costing you money.
Every return feeds a set of dashboards that tell you which SKUs are costing you cash, which suppliers owe you credits, and which carriers are cheapest for your real mix of shipments.

Nine dashboards, one data model
Dashboard, Returns, Warranty, Products, Process, Shipping, Staff, Inventory, Stale RMAs. Each is a curated view of the same underlying record — filter by date, by location, by assignee, by SKU — and every number clicks through to the list of RMAs behind it.
- Volume + pipeline with ↑/↓ month-over-month comparison
- Cost-per-return all-in (labour + parts + shipping) per SKU
- Shipping cost-recovery % (customer-paid / carrier cost)
- Stale-RMA report: labels issued but never dropped off, with age brackets
Product insights that drive supplier conversations
The Products dashboard surfaces "no fault found" rates, failure-block analysis (which components fail on which SKUs), return-count thresholds with variance alerts, and month-over-month trend lines — ready to paste into a supplier meeting. For deeper diagnostic detail — three-level fault taxonomy, per-SKU failure-rate thresholds, and the supplier feedback loop — see Fault Tracking.
- Return rate per SKU with configurable failure-analysis thresholds
- NFF (no fault found) rate by product family
- Fault-block heat map: which components fail on which products
- Top 10 returned SKUs with drill-down to individual RMAs
- Pairs with Fault Tracking for deep per-SKU failure-rate analysis
Shipping cost recovery and carrier mix
Carrier cost is captured on every label. The Shipping dashboard shows spend by carrier, by direction (inbound vs outbound), average cost per shipment, and what you've recovered through customer-paid shipping vs carrier-cost at checkout.
- Spend split by carrier and by shipment direction
- Net shipping cost (carrier cost minus customer-paid)
- Partial-refund analysis on damaged-in-transit cases
- Dangerous-goods surcharge tracking
Staff and SLA performance — fairly measured
Per-staff throughput and quality metrics, with location filter, assignment attribution, and SLA compliance against the business-hour targets you configure. Exports cleanly for performance reviews.
- RMAs processed per staff member and per location
- Approval / rejection rates per staff member
- Time-to-first-response and time-to-resolution averages
- SLA hit rate with breach breakdown
Questions about analytics & reporting.
How is this different from fault tracking?
Analytics is the cost-and-trend layer — return rates, shipping recovery, SLA compliance, dashboards for finance and ops. Fault tracking is the diagnostic layer beneath it — structured fault codes captured at receiving, severity-weighted failure rates, and the supplier-action workflow. Analytics tells you a SKU is bleeding margin; fault tracking tells you which supplier batch caused it.
Is this real time or cached?
Most dashboard panels query live. A few heavy aggregations (top-SKU rollups, long-range trend lines) are refreshed hourly so lists stay snappy. Everything is queryable by date range, including any custom window you pick.
Can I export this data?
Yes. Every dashboard has CSV export of the filtered view. The Product Report endpoint also exposes a scheduled email with the previous month's top-returned SKUs included.
How do I compare two date ranges?
Pick a date range — every panel automatically shows a ↑/↓ delta against the immediately preceding equivalent window (last month vs month before, last 30 days vs prior 30 days, etc.).
