Where AusPost is the wrong fit — size limits, price, or service area — Aramex AU's franchise network covers most metro and regional zones at competitive rates, quoted live per shipment.

Regular driver pickup accounts

Aramex AU accounts run on scheduled driver pickup from the merchant's premises, which suits outbound replacement and repair-return flows without per-shipment booking.

Cost-controlled returns

The quote endpoint prices each return before the label is committed, so restocking-fee and label-cost deductions stay accurate.

§ 03 — Setup

How Aramex AU (Fastway) gets connected.

Carrier accounts are set up by our team, not by you. We contact Aramex AU (Fastway) directly, obtain API access against your existing commercial account, and apply it — so you never have to source or handle API credentials.

  1. You send us three things

    Your existing Aramex AU (Fastway) account number, written authority for ReturnMate to contact them on your behalf, and your account manager's name, email and phone number.

  2. We contact Aramex AU (Fastway)

    Our support team requests API access against your account and handles the paperwork and technical back-and-forth with the carrier.

  3. We apply the credentials

    Credentials are stored encrypted against your shop. They are never shown to you and never need to be — there is nothing for you to paste or maintain.

  4. We test it end to end

    We generate a test label — including the dangerous goods transport document where it applies — and confirm it works before the carrier goes live for your team.

Questions about Aramex AU (Fastway).

Is this the same as the global Aramex integration?

No. Aramex Australia runs on the myFastway platform — a completely different API from the global Aramex Shipping Services network. If you need cross-border MENA/APAC coverage, that's the separate Aramex integration; this one is AU domestic.

How are return pickups handled?

myFastway has no per-shipment pickup-booking endpoint — consignments originate from your registered address, so customer returns are generated as drop-off labels addressed to your warehouse, and driver collection runs on your regular account schedule.

Does Aramex AU support dangerous goods?

No — DG-flagged SKUs are automatically routed to TNT or StarTrack and Aramex AU is blocked for those shipments.
