A returned unit scanned into a ReturnMate location posts a return receipt against the mapped Unleashed warehouse — no separate stock correction to remember at the end of the shift.
Write-offs that reach the ledger
When inspection condemns a unit, the write-off posts as a stock adjustment. The disposition decision and the inventory movement stop being two separate jobs.
Purchase-order context on the RMA
Because purchase orders and goods receipts are mirrored, a return can be read against what was bought and when it arrived — useful context for warranty and supplier questions.

- Connect with your API credentials
Settings → Integrations → ERP → Unleashed. Credentials are stored encrypted per shop; a connection test confirms the account before anything syncs.
- Map warehouses and set posting toggles
Map Unleashed warehouses to ReturnMate locations, choose a default, and enable the document types you want posted.
- Run the first mirror
The initial sync pages through your data in resumable batches; delta sync keeps it current afterwards.

Which plans include the Unleashed integration?
ERP integration is available on the Scale and Enterprise plans.
Does ReturnMate post credit notes to Unleashed?
Not yet. Unleashed credit notes must be linked to the originating invoice, which needs a dedicated flow — it is on the adapter roadmap. Return receipts and stock adjustments post today; unsupported document types are skipped and recorded, never failed.
Are serial numbers synced from Unleashed?
Not yet — serial-number reads are on the adapter roadmap. Serial capture and verification inside ReturnMate works regardless; the roadmap item is mirroring serials from Unleashed goods receipts for purchase-order tracing.
