Is there a free trial?
Better — there's a Free plan. Instead of a trial clock, start on Free with 5 returns a month included ($2 per additional return, up to 30/month) and stay on it as long as it fits. Upgrade whenever you're ready. No credit card required to start.
Can I change plans?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
How does per-RMA pricing work on Free and Starter?
Free includes 5 RMAs per month at $0; Starter includes 50 for $49. Each additional RMA is $2, billed through Shopify as usage on your existing invoice — capped at 30 RMAs/month on Free and $200/month on Starter (so a Starter bill can never exceed $249). Your usage and estimated bill are always visible in Settings → Billing, and at the cap we prompt you to upgrade rather than charge you more.
Can I add staff or locations without changing plan?
Yes. Every paid plan (Starter and above) can add staff seats for $8/user/month and extra return locations for $49/month, and Growth and Ops can add Advanced Analytics for $249/month. Add-ons bill as usage on your Shopify invoice — added instantly (pro-rated for the current period), removable any time — so you're never forced into an upgrade just to add a colleague. When your add-ons cost more than the next plan, Settings → Billing tells you plainly.
Do you offer annual billing?
Annual pricing for Ops and Scale is available on request — contact us and we'll set it up through Shopify billing. Free, Starter and Growth are monthly only.
What payment methods?
All billing is handled through the Shopify Billing API — you pay through your existing Shopify payment method.
What happens if I exceed my RMA limit?
On Free and Starter, additional RMAs simply bill at $2 each up to the monthly cap. On Ops and Scale we'll notify you as you approach your limit and you can upgrade at any time, or contact us for a custom arrangement.
Is dangerous goods compliance included?
Yes — dangerous goods classification, ADG transport documentation and DG-aware carrier routing are included on every plan, including Free. Carrier DG surcharges are passed through at cost.
