Yes. The Returns and Starter plans come with a 30-day free trial: you approve the plan in Shopify and the first charge lands 30 days later. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. The trial applies to your store's first paid plan, and switching between Returns and Starter during it keeps the same end date. There's also a Free plan with no time limit: 5 returns a month included ($2 per additional return, up to 30/month). No credit card required.

Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately.

Scope. Returns ($29/month) includes 200 returns a month and covers the returns workflow only — customer portal, returns and exchanges, carrier labels, notifications and the returns report. No warranty, no repair. Starter ($49/month) includes 50 RMAs of any kind and adds warranty claims with fault-code logging, the repair workflow, third-party repairs, serial number tracking, helpdesk sync and the full core analytics set. If you sell products that come back for inspection or repair rather than a straight refund or exchange, start on Starter. You can move from Returns to Starter at any time and your existing RMAs carry over.

Free includes 5 RMAs per month at $0; Returns includes 200 returns for $29; Starter includes 50 RMAs for $49. Each additional RMA is $2, billed through Shopify as usage on your existing invoice — capped at 30 RMAs/month on Free and $200/month on Returns and Starter (so a Returns bill can never exceed $229, or a Starter bill $249). Your usage and estimated bill are always visible in Settings → Billing, and at the cap we prompt you to upgrade rather than charge you more.

Yes. Every paid plan (Returns and above) can add staff seats for $8/user/month and extra return locations for $49/month, and Growth and Ops can add Advanced Analytics for $249/month. Add-ons bill as usage on your Shopify invoice — added instantly (pro-rated for the current period), removable any time — so you're never forced into an upgrade just to add a colleague. When your add-ons cost more than the next plan, Settings → Billing tells you plainly.

Annual pricing for Ops and Scale is available on request — contact us and we'll set it up through Shopify billing. Free, Returns, Starter and Growth are monthly only.

All billing is handled through the Shopify Billing API — you pay through your existing Shopify payment method.

On Free, Returns and Starter, additional RMAs simply bill at $2 each up to the monthly cap. On Ops and Scale we'll notify you as you approach your limit and you can upgrade at any time, or contact us for a custom arrangement.

Yes — dangerous goods classification, ADG transport documentation and DG-aware carrier routing are included on every plan, including Free. Carrier DG surcharges are passed through at cost.
